A hawrn har har har (how the to you even try to spell that)
I have only heard like three or four songs from them but I like this song.
You and I have completely different ideas of driving songs.
Oh, another: Go with the flow by Queens of the stone age.
My driving music tends to double as my "playing pool" music (Thoroughgood, AC/DC, CCR, etc)
I like one Thouroughgood song (guess which). Not a big fan of AC/DC (don't like the voice, but ironically, I like Rush). Love CCR, definitely good driving music. Bad Company.
Basically, my driving music is either something with a simple beat and a driving rhythm, or a classic rock ballad (a la Simple Man)
Roadhouse Blues
Spacehog-in the meantime
Do or die- do you
Warren Zevon.
Van Halen, but not Van Haggar.
At 1:18, "My Maserati does 185."
King's X's Ear Candy is a great disc for the road.
I second. Awesomeness.
Love this song, especially since one time when I was having an especially good time, I went to use the bathroom, the lights went out and I spent the next 20 mins trying to find my way out of a 28 sq ft apartment bathroom.
It was hard to leave when I couldn't find the door (slam!)
Black Betty is a great driving song. Good call.
I like scanning the local radio stations on roadtrips--the spontaneity of a song you havent heard in awhile is great. Occasionally the radio stops on a song with a catchy beat/good sound...then it breaks out into jesus lyrics and totally kills the vibe.
How in the did I forget ol' RamJam
Just TRY driving and crankin' this song without turning into a complete boy racer maniac...
