He'll rot in the bench. This move really is not a big deal to anyone, besides Kapono, who now gets to delay going to the Euroloeague for at least one more year.

It's a one year vet-min deal, so it...he'll get 7-10 min/game and be asked to do nothing but camp his ass behind the 3-point line and wait for the kick out. Lakers need all the outside shooters they can get, so this doesn't hurt to try.
