    just dont know, why I have this capnumbers for so long (I used them for calculating capspace for "dream"-teams I'd like to use in nba 2k)

    i've always wondered whether the luxury tax hurt or helped small market teams. it seems like the tax just makes it prohibitive for small market teams to really shop around. too bad no hard cap was implemented.
