Story to come on SI.com, but Orlando CEO Alex Martins disputes the claim of Dwight Howard's agent that permission was given to talk to teams
i gotta say the nba is outdoing itself its just crazyiness after craziness. the president is disputing the agent or gm
ing NBA, turned into a soap opera
Trade the gots and let's get this ready for the season.
Read it is LA,NJ, and Dallas
Howard in Dallas = three peat
Not going to happen.
LA or NJ maybe. Chicago?
yep

Orlando PR man Joel Glass calls to inform that D. Howard's agent now has permission to speak w/ Lakers, Nets, & Mavs about possible trade.
Any chance that Dallas is a for sure thing? What could
Tey offer?
Who would the Mavs trade for Howard? The entire roster outside of Dirk?
Howard aint looking at no Texas team though. He wants to be in a bigger market, LA or NY.
Since the Knicks just acquired Chandler, unless he's going to be traded right away, I don't see them getting another center of that magnitude.
He might end up in LA, but for the price (if LA doesn't get him for a couple towels and an invite to the Playboy mansion) it might screw the Lakers more than help them.
Think 3 team deals. Outside shot but think Dallas absorbing bad contract, giving picks and orl get players.
It's LAL or NJ, real talk
Bynum/Lopez + taking turkeyglue off their hands + another piece
That's pretty much what it will come down to.
No team in their right mind trades Howard for Bynum, even with a salary dump. That would be worse than the Gasol deal.
Crazy week...and the season hasn't even started yet lol..hope something happens tomorrow.
terry beabious and some salary filler. fernandez? i dont know if it works. salary wise. i mean talent wise unless otis smith likes beabious as much as ghazi it wont happen
Teams jostle to maintain the imbalance in the league, days after they spent months trying to correct it (we all know they were price chopping).
Just shows even more that the revenue sharing is going to cause more collusion.
Not straight up, but with extra pieces. Would Nets even be able to help them out with turkey glue after getting nene? That's a mandatory thing for any deal for D12.
Keep hearing that Dwight has agreed to go to the nets. Not surprised really..I think everyone saw this coming.
Would make sense Dallas not paying Tyson if they are potential suitors.
