BP's guy hasn't spent the original $20B
and whatever happened to the $35/barrel-spilled fine? That came to $20B+, too.
my guess: unless the 99% raises , govt will do nothing about making BP pay.

I've been wanting to visit New Orleans for quite some time.
Haven't seen the TV ad but the radio spots have been irritating me every morning for about two months.
It may be part of a settlement (maybe with the Gulf states), but there are still a large number of Deepwater Horizon claims pending against BP.
WTF does it bother you all so much?
BP's corporate culture murdered 11 men on the Gulf rig.
Nobody went to jail.
BP carries on unscathed and insanely profitable. What's a few dead employees as a low cost of doing business?
