We need players on this team other than the big three with heart and nerve to take and hit a big shot in the playoffs. Gary Neal proved to me in one year that he can be one of those guys. We need a small forward that can hit some shots when the pressure is on.
If Bonner is getting heavy minutes in this year's rotation we are not going to be able compete inside. We are just wasting Tim's last years wearing him down even when he plays low minutes giving him no one who can help bang and board inside. We have to replace McDyess with a big. I would rather see Ryan Richards learn how to play than to see Matt Bonner on the floor. I already know what he is going to do in the playoffs.
