Jackass was. I bought the two that was on the shelf and I didn't even ask for the one I reserved. They had some beer that was glow in the dark. Why in the would anyone drink anything that's glow in the dark.


On a different note, I saw that a Spec's was off 75 and Walnut Hill. Apparently their grand opening is tomorrow.

These types of beers can be aged for quite a while. A friend and I decided to "build our own beer" and by the time we finished the ingredients list, it was definitely an imperial stout. We named our beers at the time based on events that happened during the brewing process. We called this one the Imperial Grackle. He cracked one open after over five years and he said it tasted amazing.

No doubt that the aging helped it a lot. The 2009 had some cool flavors and a hint of ginger even came out. We drank a bottle of the 2010 and the 2011 afterwards and neither were as good although both were good. We have another bottle of each that we'll age for some time and I"m looking forward to them in a couple of years. I think I may actually try to find another few bottles because that 2009 was great.

Damn, that new Spec's is huge! I've been to two and this new one in Dallas is way bigger. They had Stone's anibersary brew and damn that bottle's big. Do they only make it in that big bottle? They had a good variety of stuff. Good prices. Etc.

the stone 15 was in 22 oz bottles back in August/Sept. My roomate got a 3 liter 15th and a Double Bas right around then, and we drank them for a friend's birthday.

Apparently, I'm a fan of anything bourbon barrel'd, so I'll def give this one a shot if I can find it.

I've only seen it a few stores in Oxford. It's made by some small company it Atlanta, so I don't know if it branches out that far.
