Cubby: "I hate David Stern. My Lakers Dynasty crashed because of him."
Cubby, Stern got you there! The Clipps Bashes Coldbee well.
Muahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
It will be even more ironic should the Clips ultimately win a le while the Kobester withers away in playoff purgatory.
Stern did his job…He wanted younger players & draft picks & he got it…He got Eric Gordon as well…I respect Dan Gilbert & Mark Cuban for publicly voicing their displeasure with the original trade…They could have remained anonymous…LA is the land of stars where re writes are the norm…Don’t feel bad for the greatest franchise in the history of sports…![]()
Except the Celtics have more les and way less losses in the Finals.
Most overhyped franchise in the history of sports is a much more accurate description tbh
Pretty sure the Yankees have you beat.
Naaw…Staples Center is the Sistine Chapel of sports…
It was the Forum before the skunker...
The Skunker!!!
The Skunker!!!!!
The Skunker!!!
finding a buyer for the hornets was his primary objective imho, hornets seemed to be enjoying life under NBA's custody and didn't mind losing their franchise player for dip s, it was stern who vetoed lakers proposal twice and killed their chance of getting him. after rejecting clips first bid for CP3, he accepted the adjusted offer from clippers because it seemed the best he could possibly get. stern been doing his best to increase the value of da hornets and the interest of potential buyers in purchasing this franchise, fat old son of a been manipulating the league & all transactions which ain't news
Stern is the commish the NBA deserves, but not the one it needs right now...and so we'll flame him, because he can take it. Because he's not a hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector... he's the the NBA commish.
Better Stern than some other commish that would just suck up to the big markets openly.
Stern had to veto the first offer from the Clips, for appearance sake. Though it's true the Lakers offered magic beans for CP3, the beans from the Clippers weren't that much better. The difference probably was the team salary vs their outlook.
