    Depends on what you are talking about offensively he is better than some you mentioned here ...all-around Lebron & wade are better and Howard obviously is better defensively.

    But he definitely is top 10 and has argument to be near the top 5 ...

    Melo's a great one on one scorer. It may be the only thing he does well, but that may be the most important thing any player can do well. Still, it hasn't translated much into making his teammates better.

    This. But i do think he i helping a lot on pnr ...it affects your rebounding numbers. KG was one of the best rebounders in the NBA in Minny but in celts scheme he helps so much hard for him to get rebounds. That and he is getting older ...

    To be fair, Garnett and Allen are two Hall of Fame players who've never proven to close. Alot of it is lack of skills. They're not great one on one players compared to Pierce. Heck, I remember KG taking a backseat to Marbury late in games.
