It's not, atleast not so far. Last yr we would've won this game 115-113. Remember the opener against indiana I think we scored 121 but they had like 115. We can score but the D has been the key.

Yes the Spurs board was pretty dead(towards the end it was basically me and VBM holding the Spurs board down)...but I'd rather have it that way than have dumb posters like you.

sas03champs/sbc here man, completely agree that although not the busiest the wire was the place to go in the early-mid 00s. I heard about the crash, I was gone for a couple of yrs though so when I came back the site was already back just without the older posts...and then one day it just kinda disappeared again and never returned. I still google it every once in a while to see if it might be back upThey had a massive server crash that nuked the whole board. Everything was lost...the old format, all the old posts and threads...everything. Syxx tried to rebuild it from scratch but with the old board gone things just weren't the same and it eventually died.

That place was great in the mid 00's. Never was the busiest board but it had a core group of posters that were solid. I really cut my teeth there from a posting standpoint and made a lot of good friends. Sucks that all of us were scattered all over the country because I would have loved to have had a beer with some of them.

The dynamic here on this board is different man, fun but different. Between the ridiculously homerish spursfan on the Spurs board and all the trolls on the NBA forum its kinda hard to have serious basketball discussion. Most threads arent too serious around here but I try to drop into the ones that are from time to time.
