I'll remember him like this...![]()
4 points, 1 rebound in 16 minutes of play. sons honestly ... how in the is that even PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE for someone that is 6'11 and usually the tallest or second tallest person on the court? ONE damn rebound!?
now sons I am just speaking truth here and although I have never been a fan of Duncan or the Spurs, it really is sad to see just how pathetic he has become at such a young age. If he was 38 or 39 then I could understand it, but he has looked like complete crap this season as well as last season and has been steadily declining faster than any other star player that I have seen since he hit 30. ok I get it ... he is sticking around not for love of the game or to try and win, but simply for greed and to collect the final $21,300,000 on his contract. I get that and can't blame him. however it is pretty damn pathetic what he has become. he is going to be worse than Shaq ever was in his declining years. honestly Duncan will be lucky if he still averages 20 points per game on his career at this pace. The Spurs should just let him retire TONIGHT and still agree to pay him his salary to save him this type of embarrassment.
Not only that, but they lost to a tired old bag team.
Nope...
Why you mad and hating son? Didn't god teach you any better?
He never relied on athleticism to dominate.
But today he looked like he was about to apply for social security, holy .
son, i think duncan just looking to get paid, started acting black for once.
sons don't get mad at me for posting this. I am just speaking truth and as stated it bothers me seeing him struggle like this. the Spurs organization should allow him to retire and agree to pay him to sit his ass at home tbh.
the tired old bag Duncan quit.
He was just tired, I mean he is kind of old at 35, but played like seeing as its a b2b and bagged it up in the second half.
Son, real talk, Tim Duncan should retire and become a trainer for the younglings like Splitter?
Duncan 4
Kobe 2.5
Vanessa 2.5
No. He going to Germany to fix his wheels, then he coming to LA to back up Bynum for the MMLE.![]()
I think its 50/50 at this point. He had a bad game where he did look tired and old but this is expected because of the lockout. He's clearly not game ready, and tonight was a back to back. Oh, and he's 35 pushing 36. Trolls like the OP don't get this. Fake NBA fans.
Hacksaw Jim Duncan.
and blind Spur homers like you don't get that Duncan has fallen off VERY young compared to most other greats.
do you know what Karl Malone was doing whenever he was 35 pushing 36? ... he was dropping 25.5 points per game, 9.5 rebounds per game, playing 82 games a year, and averaging 36 minutes per game.
Duncan can barely even get up and down the floor without passing out. at 34 years old last season he struggled to put up 13 and 8. don't get mad at the messenger, its truth and you need to accept it.
Tim doesn't need to to another ing thing to be a 1st round HOFer and have 4 rings.
He's got nothing to prove.
