No fancy graphics. Just find a way to win.
Should be a W. Lets see how DG does guarding Monta.
at least one

If we lose this game, then it really is time to panic.
Let's also just get this out of the way:
"Anybody has a game link?"
(I'm kidding, I don't need a link)
This is a deceptively big game. If the Spurs have any hope of being decent without Manu, they need this win or the confidence could quickly collapse.
Best case scenario is the Spurs win and a couple of the Manu replacements play well.
Lego.
A little humor to cheer up a rather somber mood. Be glad Spurfan...for you are not Cleveland fan.
what about Curry and Lee? are they playing?
Hoping James Anderson finds a way to own today's game. Hope his shooting is sharp and his decision making is on point. He needs the confidence and we need the production.
Also looking for Blair to have a bounce back game and Splitter to play with even more confidence.
“As far as stepping up, we don’t have Manu — obvious he’s an All-Star and a future Hall of Fame guy,” Popovich said. “But Duncan and Popovich and Jefferson and Parker need to step up more than putting it on Kawhi Leonard. That’s silly. It’s more our problem than their’s.”

Not worried too much about Splitter, or even Blair despite how much Manu meant to his game. The real question is will Anderson be able to handle the pressure? He's the number 1 option people will be turning to as an answer to Manu's injury; if he doesn't perform well, he'll be getting a lot of the blame I suspect. Hoping that Neal can step up to make Anderson's contribution seem greater than it may be.
we can do this let's go Spurs![]()
It's been a few depressing days since the Manu injury. Honestly the day break felt like a week. But time to put that all away for now and just watch Spurs basketball. Hopefully the players play Spurs basketball.
So is Neal in uniform tonight?
Bill and Sean are back!
Tough, tough match up without Manu. Monta/Curry is already tough and even if you play good defense against GS, you still have to score points which will seemingly be hard to come by. Back to the basics. Rebound, defense & take care of the ball.
TP goes off...
will we see a Jump Shooter ONLY TD?
Does anyone else hate that starting line up graphic?
Should be a fascinating game, and yeah, we need to win it. Time RJ shows us something more than spot-shooting, and yeah, JA has to play well.
Beat Mark Jackson!
(PS Watch Monta go sick, drop 40 on us and break that 26 game losing streak...)
Nice start - TP long floater, Timmy running hook, nice D by Grizz on Lee.
I think the Spurs have the same motto with regards to their starting line up graphics.
