Word is Tony Parker and DeJuan Blair are sore but generally OK to play after various spills. Given score, probably won't see either

Ok, down by 22, but ref freaking sucks. Durant getting a bunch of free throws, for nothing. That imaginary Blair`s foul was such bull . Hate NBA refs for taking side in such obvious way
How simple-minded and/or woman-like does someone have to be to about the refs during a blowout?

Wolves and Warriors also killed us. Of the last 5 the only game the D worked was against Dallas
And in that game Dallas had no legs.

Either way, I just want these guys to keep their head above the water while Manu is out.

So I'll take 3-1, but there is definitely some issues with the defense.

Well, let's be honest... Dallas shot like ... not ready to hand that one to our D, tbh

Many of you are ignoring the fact we've just played 5 games in 7 days, including a come from behind win against GSW (which saps energy), and we're on a b2b... what exactly did you expect on the road against the Thunder!?
I don't think anyone is ignoring that but fans generally want their teams to win and are dissapointed when they don't.

lol everyone calling for tanking is happy right?
I'm leaning towards tanking but I'm not happy or sad about this game. We're coming off a back to back so it's not a big surprise that we might lose this game. With Blair seemingly injured we don't really have a deep team either. Mean while, the Thunder have a bunch of race horses with weapons offensively and defensively. They're the better team even with Ginobili.

    refs didn't build a 20+ point lead
I know it. But getting free throws in every stupid drive is ridicoulus, and keeps momentum for OKC. However, Even if this game was close, refs would secure win for OKC.

Rookies and you players are usually worse on the road. The All-Stars/Superstars are the ones that need to perform to win games like this.

TP has been total trash and Tim not much better. Those two need to step the up otherwise how do they expect to win a game on the road?

they're playing at home... tbh, you look at the free throw difference up to the 3rd quarter, and it was pretty even

You saying TP is losing a step is very different from what he said about TD.

We could get into the age discussion and then we could talk about player shape due to the lockout. But I feel like you're smart enough to know the difference between the stages they are at in their respective careers.
There's a difference. Tim has been declining for several seasons and Tony has not. Tony looked very good this past summer, Tim rested. Tim is far older than Tony and Tim has looked FAR worse in his 2 terrible games this season than Tony has.

But yes, other than those differences its exactly the same. Point taken.
No. Absolutely not. Tim's decline in FG% and Tony's are equally as bad and TP has looked every bit as bad as Tim. In fact, Tim has had more good games than TP. Whether or not Tim has been declining for several seasons doesn't take away from how TP looks and my observation that you tried to poke at even though I provided evidence to support my claims at this point in the season.

Player shape due to the lockout is irrelevant. Every player had the same lockout and abbreviated training camp and TP should be in better shape than most due to him playing overseas.

Saying the "wheels may have fallen off" with regards to Tim is every bit as overreacting as he claimed me to be when I made my observation of TP.

Green was never in the skies. He was falsely lifted there by emotional forum posters. Get ready for some disappointed fans.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who sees the obvious. Thanks.
Well you're the type of guy that scoffs until Timvp says it (just like you trying to claim trading Hill wasn't a major move and scoffing me until Timvp agreed and you backed off...).

The only thing obvious is that unless you can prove it conclusively, your statement was pretty funny considering the context.
