I guess I don't put as much stock into remembering everything said on ST as you DPG.
Sure. You would be the only person not to remember that.

Look man, you've got good basketball takes, but right now you're acting like someone trying to relive their glory days on their high school debate team. Give it a rest.
Not only the metrics, but actually watching TP play has me thinking that he's either tired from playing over summer, carrying an injury, or has started to decline... he looks like a shadow of himself out there.
Not true. I think we could still get some nice assets for Manu and TP either at the deadline or in the offseason.
I didn't say it was a "fact", but I think it's pretty likely given his declining ability, bad knees, and the fact that the Spurs clearly need to enter full rebuilding mode sooner rather than later.
Sadly, Tim is pretty much done as a force in the NBA. Sure, he can play on as long as he likes, and he might play for two more years on a 10m/yr contract like DRob did at the end, but we have to stop thinking of him as the cornerstone of the franchise because he can't carry the team any more. If he does stay, I hope he does the right thing and signs a cap-friendly contract in the understanding that we have to rebuild.
Relax guy, It's not that serious.
Its still early in a hectic season, but Tony has been a huge disappointment. And in this league loaded with length and athletic guards, his decline is very noticeable and significant.
At least he's getting assists without turning over the ball like crazy ala Grizz
Nice assets won't transform us into contenders so my point remains.
