I don't ever like to blame the refs for the outcome of the game, but Jenning's hitting TP's arm for a steal and calling the flop was absolute bull .

I know everyone is going to ride RJ for that shot, but he went up with no hesitation. Thats not been RJ's MO in the past seasons.

    I don't mind it.
Same here Im not hating RJ for the last second chance. The Spurs have fail to win on the road because the defense is downright.....Im lost for words

pop should have called a timeout. the only time you don't call a timeout is when ginobili is in the game because he can create at the 3 pt line. the rest of the players on the floor were mostly catch and shoot type players so pop should have drew a play. that plus no call on parker and bogut flop cost spurs the game.

there was a flop on bogut - that was utter bs.

still, the game was lost on all the layups, dunks and 3ft shots the bucks stored in the 4th qtr. that was just ridiculous D, with the offense moving so well.

Missing FT's, turnovers in crunch time, bad defense...just another Spurs road game. We honestly need more losses like this if we want to get a decent draft pick.

if he really wanted to imitate manu, parker would just sit on the bench and do nothing.

O is next to I on the keyboard, and my typing is awful...

the inability to get stops in key moments is once again the biggest issue with this team.
    Totally.

there was a flop on bogut - that was utter bs.

Actually, no, Tim charged Bogut, it was a fair call.

Looks like we'll see Kawhi starting from now on since TJ is out and Neal needs to be the back-up point. No, it's not a quote from Pop. I'm just guessing.

    Kawhi earned it tonight.

Do you even watch the spurs? Pop is usually one of the best at drawing plays for the open 3. How many times have we seen him draw up some plays that gets a guy a wide open look from the corner??
So a TO would have resulted in a wide open 3? Ok. How is that better than what they got: A wide open 3?

Some of you are god damn re ed.

Great great game from Kawhi but his lateral movement, or lackthereof, is troubling.

It looks like his best defense so far is to let his guy beat him and then recover late with his length to force a steal. i'd like to see him use his feet more and move side to side better.

This team is scaring the out of me, but I guess as long as we have home court, we should NOT be concerned....

    WTF

I mean, that Anderson for Green sub might have singularly costed us this game

    the defense was beyond mung

never seen a spurs team shoot like this from the field and still lose, even if spurs teams have a slight point edge, we normally have the smarts, savviness, guts, and heart to pull the win out

    ing Milwaukee.

    OMG based god

Sadly enough, the defense was looking decent before Manu went down.

With Manu out of the fold, the Spurs look like last year's team all over again. All offense, no defense.

idk man - it surely looked like bogut went down too fast to me. it's the hometown factor - if the refs don't blow the whistle, then duncan makes the layup/short jumpshot and everyone in the building is going home cursing the refs. much easier to make the lame call than playing it 50-50.

Without Hill and Manu, the spurs have zero foot speed on the perimeter.

RJ/Leonard/Anderson all look painfully slow when guarding even guys with average speed like Jax.

ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh if Pop really said that, it's a load of ing horse , because thus far this season, Pop has specifically set lineups to AVOID having his best defensive team on the floor.

Pop has noone to look to but himself.

Anderson over Green tonight, in a Matt Bonner +/- world cost us this game.
In a common sense world, it cost us this game.

Pop's brain health should be a regular topic along with parker's burst, tim's bounce, etc
