KEG, let me ask you ...i know you are probably biased a bit ...but do see on any other neutral boards ...do people still try and argue Paul, rondo or DWll over rose? I was on the Dwill and Paul bandwagon but with the injuries to them both the past 2 seasons and with rose's MVP and the way he dominated his 1st matchup with Paul ... I dont see how anyone can still say Rose is not the best PG.
I know people label him here as some kind of mini-Kobe chucker ...but I saw some of Rose in HS. Kid can pass the rock when he wants to, much like kobe. But I argue they NEED him to score. I only see maybe 30 bulls game a year ...your thoughts and what do you see on other forums? (non Bulls)

It reminds me of that mine tragedy a few years ago deep up in the backwoods where the miners got trapped, the other miners grabbed some jacks & timbers and started back down, but, it all collapsed and killed them as well....Media showed up looking for a story admidst all that catastrophe. They never got a in' word.
Most people still put Paul over Rose. Obviously they are very different players and much like it was very difficult to compare Paul/DWill over the years, Rose is even more so. IMO you have 5 legit PG's (Nash is too old to be considered)
Paul & Rondo ----- DWILL--------Rose & Westbrook
Paul/Rondo are very fundamental and look to pass first. Rose & Westbrook are uber athletic and superior scorers. DWilll is kinda in the middle.
I'll still give Paul the edge over Rose because he's been in the league longer AND defense. But the pressure and expectations are now on Paul just like Rose faced in last years playoffs.
Most casual fans have forgotten DWill exists (New Jeresey) but I can't blame them as I haven't even seen the Nets play this year
Rondo is a wild card with fans. People either rate him #3 behind Paul/Rose or they'll compare him to Westbrook. It's really all over the board with him
I've seen Rose compared to Westbrook statistically. Obviously it's unfair since Westbrook has Durant/Harden and Rose has Boozer/Deng
I think anyone that has caught the Bulls this season notices a more complete Rose. His shot attempts are down & assists are up. But when you watch you realize just how un-guardable Rose truly is. There are few players that can stay in front of him and I don't have access to the numbers but his FG% inside the key has to be staggering.
Rose has gone from a 6 assists per game player (2 years ago) to 8 this season. Paul has the same but scores 6 less points per game

Kobe is in glory. He can peruse the dark world of sex & "violence" without checks or balances and then he can go to Staples without the fear of "losing" a championship he honestly feels incapable of attaining. He's got that 5th in the bag, Daddy in retirement. It's total freedom.
