Offense via Kobe never worked. The team has to be involved. Teams are content to allow Kobe to take every shot, and Kobe knows it and doesn't give a as long as he gets his points.

Kobe playing extremely well, but he really can't play like this game after game.
Lakers need another ballhog just to take shots away from Kobe. Pau doesn't care anymore. Bynum depends on Kobe to actually get the ball. Fisher sucks. They need a perimeter player who just puts up shots and won't care if Kobe yells at them for not passing the ball to him.

They have a guy who doesn't have a problem standing up to Kobe. Derek Fisher. But Fisher sucks. Even if Kobe respects Fish as a person and leader, it's not like Kobe thinks a guy shooting 35% from the field is a better option than him. And the one thing you'd expect Fisher to be actually good at in his old age would be hitting three pointers. Shooting 14% from three.
Lakers need a ballhog who is actually good at scoring to take away shots from Kobe.
Kobe listens to fish, but Fish doesn't tell Kobe to get his team involved. Lakers need somebody who will demand the ball from Kobe.
