Coasting tbh. Miami can turn the defense but why it's the regular season...
they are 3rd best in Opponent's FG%. Anybody else find that strange?
Only New Jersey, Sacto, and Charlotte give up more points. I don't really put too much stock in that stat b/c it's still early and Miami will get better, but still a weird stat so far...

I was impressed with their coasting during the Finals, tbh
Those stats tell me poor rebounding and fouls
This is true, Ace...but it's still strange to see them giving up almost 100 PPG when offense has been down league-wide this year. On the flipside they're the highest-scoring team, so no worries
Sloppy offense leading to turnovers. They're trying something different this year, it's not even halfway into the season. No worries scroseph. Like I said same was said last year early on...
You're a very stupid person. Are you aware of that?
Safe to assume that's a yes...
They got Tebowed in Denver.![]()
Lakers lost to Denveryou ..
fify, for the non Tebow followers.![]()
They're playing at the second fastest pace in the league. More possessions, more points. When you look at a metric that accounts for pace and measures points per possession, like defensive efficiency, they're among the top defensive teams in the NBA.

Not by double digits following 2 consecutive losses.![]()
Struggling to stay above .500
LOL who would that be? Lakers, spurs, Bulls, Blazers and even Mavs now are all clearly above .500 ...
You calling out Celts, Suns, Pistons or Hornets fans on here?![]()
We're talking about the Lakers lost to Denver. Try to keep up...
What the ?![]()
well without looking i would think that maybe they are playing a fast pace? that's the only way teams could shoot a low % and still score a lot of points, if they are getting a lot of shots. or maybe miami is giving up a ton of offensive rebounds.
Yeah they're 6th in defensive efficiency and have the 2nd highest pace rating. Points per game allowed has always been a misleading stat in basketball.
holy , i can't stop laughing, every time i look at that ^
He probably had a crack in the corner of his mouth and was healing it with his saliva.
***Reminds of that Alou fellow for the Astro's who treated his hand callouses with his own urine.
