I have to disagree here. Players don't eat cap space, owners do. Players just agree to the terms of the contract, and the owners have to fork over the money. It's totally up to the owners.

I agree with this first reasonable post in days ... I think most logical NBa fans even Laker ones realized Kobe does NOT = MJ. But you guys tend to exaggerate the gap between the two like it's a gulf.
