They're just good ol boys carrying out their traditional southern values and not getting shot in the head at grocery stores.
Good enough for me to get it, the only thing that's kind of bothering me with the kit is that it doesn't come with a recipe kit, which is fine.. but knowing me I'm probably going to end up paying more for a strong stout/porter clone... oh well..
Tbh fortunately after getting shot she had premier medical care, something that's definitely not available in the South where "pouring holy water on it" is considered the best medicine available.

It worked when Vicki Vallencourt used it on Bobby Boucher.
So I should be getting the kit in the mail with a double chocolate stout next week or hopefully this weekend, if we get mail tomorrow.. any other home brewers here?

Bee tee dubz, no hopster here or anything, but I just drank a Stone IPA. Started out bitter and I had buyers remorse, but it got better and better as it went along. was cash.
You're from Cali and you JUST had your first Stone brew?

Almost any Stone brew is really good. Stone IPA, Stone Ruination IPA, Arrogant Bas Ale, and Double Bas are especially incredible; I can't even pick a favorite from the four, or even a favorite between any two of the four.
Personally I'd rank em
1. Ruination IPA
2. Arrogant Bas
3. Double Bas
4. Stone IPA
all pretty pricey too, with the exception of the IPA, which is like 10 bucks a six.. but all worth it.
A friend and I FINALLY drank my one and only bottle of The Abyss last night to celebrate our last night o' freedom before our last semester started back up.
Incredible stuff. Wow.

I'd put Stone SSR near the top of their beers, personally.
I had a Calico Bass Amber Ale from Ballast Point Brewery this weekend and I'd give it a B+ on my rating scale. It was a bit hoppy for what I'm used to in an ale, but it may have been that I paired it with a pizza and watching Tebow get smashed on by the Patriots. I would have to give it a go again sometime else.
Also had a Bootlegger's Brewery Golden Chaos and that was and is still one of my favorite Golden Ales. They're out of Fullerton, CA and if you can get your hands on it out in TX or wherever, it is really a good drink.

Ballast Point is a great brewery - I really like the Sculpin IPA and Victory at Sea Porter. GM, did you try the spirits? I also really, really like Pizza Port out there.
