oh, and he can play defense too
This dude is just fun to watch and genuinely seems like a good dude.
oh, and he can play defense too
Strange game to cheer him on, pal.
He is 1-11
I agree and I Love ...Kevin as wellpun intended.
I do recall me saying the Minny Pick in the clips trade would not be THAT bad ...and someone was laughing at me ...who was that?
typical basketball noob, thinks the game is all about scoring
hubie kept talking and hyping Rubio while Ridnour was currently having a better game.
HYPE.
he didn't perform his best in this game, but clips defended him well
LOL, noob.
Its not about scoring, its about efficiency.
rubio picked the wrong game to not do any flashy passes. Thats what get everyones eye. they see 1-11 instead. and his shot has actually been decent this yeartoo
if 39% is decent, i cant imagine how crappy it is before.
Well he went from a vastly inferior Euroleague to the NBA. His offensive capabilities have to adjust, but by rookie standards he's being efficient.
For a team that's got such talent, why are they so ty?
They were good enough to wax our ass.
Well no one here is falling in love with Corey Joseph, so that doesn't say much.
Houston and SACTO beat us as well.
Minny is at .375% compared to a Manu-less Spurs at over 60%.
So what defines a ty team if not their win/loss percentage?
Ass waxing
I'm sure he could use a good blowjob..... and you could use a good facial
Largely because they're young and still learning to play together. 5 of their 8 losses were by 4 points or fewer. 5 of their 8 losses were against playoff teams last year. They have other issues, like having a small backcourt and consistent interior defense and they could use a consistent wing scorer. But looking at their record doesn't necessarily reflect the promise of their talent.
They're still a few pieces away. But I agree that they're fun to watch.
So you're saying a team that beats the Spurs is automatically not a ty team, regardless of their win/loss percentage? I didn't realize we were the standard.
Who are the ty teams in the league?
How severe...![]()
I'd say Washington, Detroit, Charlotte, Sacramento, and Toronto are probably as bad as it gets. Cleveland and New Jersey are still pretty ty as well. New Orleans and Minnesota are in the conversation as well, but I think both those teams are better than their respective records would have you think. Not great, but not at the same crap level as those other teams.
Then there are teams like Boston and New York who are pretty ty right now but I do expect to play much better and be in the playoffs at the end of the season.
And there are teams like Utah and Indiana who I think are much worse than the records they currently have. And I honestly don't know what to think of Philadelphia at this point.
