Holy crap Splitter
I'd like to see Thomas out there with Splitter. See how they work together.
instead of the lazy weak ass hook shots into the rim
his more confident with the underarm layups....
I'm beginning to think those terrible hook shots at the beginning of the year were just to get everyone biting when he goes to the right so he can step under.
cousins, hawes, monroe, al jeff, hibbert, lopez... the list goes on.
not to mention a ton of pf/c's like love, bargnani etc.
Noah sucks, same defens as Asik and no offense.. Chandler is good only with great PG. Okafor seems done, and NOH suck badly.
Jaffies you rule.
We need a thread of your greatest hits.
Splitter leads the NBA in FG%.
Pop will have a hard time not to play him more
Co-sign![]()
Were they even guarding Splitter?
Did Splitter score away from the basket or were most of his points off wide open layins and putbacks?
A nice game but Splitter is no where near the top centers in the league like some are suggesting. Way overrated by this board.
He is nearer to the bottom of league starters at his position than nearer the top.
Noah > Splitter
Chandler > Splitter
Okafor (often injured but when healthy)> Splitter
1) He was going at Luck_The_Fakers_Luck_The_Fakers_Luck_The_Fakers_Lu ck_The_Fakers_Luck_The_Fakers_s and scoring at will. Had a couple of and 1's.
2) Had some great buckets on pick & roll
3) Shut the up, KBP
By the way, found a 2005 Euroleague Final 4 game on youtube where Splitter/Scola were playing together in the frontcourt. Kind of interesting.

And Game 5 of 2001 EL Finals where Kinder Bologna with Ginobili faced Tau Vitoria with Scola/Oberto/Nocioni.

Checked on this and he isn't on the list as leading.
Needs more attempts to qualify.
Strange. He is qualified to the list for Basketball reference :

Eh, 92 attempts compared to Dalembert's 100.
Close enough to merit more attempts.
Splitter is about 0.29 FGM per game short of qualifying. Even if Pop doesn't increase his minutes, he'll probably qualify before too much longer.
Splitter actually has some ability to create his own offense, and he's a very good passer, which is more you can say for players like Okafor..he's a very good pick and role player, which isn't the case for most players at the 5..
I would take Horford, Nene, Hibbert, Bynum, Gasol, Bogut, Chandler, Monroe and Howard over him..toss-ups against Noah, Gortat, Jefferson(Jefferson is much more talented, but he's a horrible defensive player and a black hole)..
