So then it stands that taking a time out (admitting you aren't in game shape) isn't the same as quitting.
    No. That's what you said.

I said I'm checking assholes and totin' up my cyphers.

I guess if Dirk played only for stats and got to piggyback on all-nba players in the playoffs, he would be playing in the regular season. But dude's playing for a higher cause. So he instead elects to take 4 games off to help his knee recover.

That's what I've been telling him throughout this whole thread? Not sure why you told that to me.

It's true. Dirk has long been the more durable player and doesn't fake injury, so I don't mind him missing a few games to heal his knee. You can't deny the raw stats.

How many players ARE in game condition after the lockout, literally no training camp, and now a shortened season?

Also, Dirk has a knee issue and the announcers noticed it in the Mavs/Jazz game.

According to ESPN Dallas, it DID say that Dirk was taking some time off for conditioning. It will be a total of 8 days but those 8 days ain't for rest. They are for a strict workout regimen.

Dirk doesn't quit. He just allows others to do what they want until he's ready to do what he wants. Suck it.
