I'd give my left plum for 3 in-a-row.
Hornets officially 2nd worst team in the NBA right now... agree this should be a W, even without Manu
We should be 3-0 in our past 3 games.
Hopefully Okafar gives Pop a reason to continue giving Tiago stronger minutes.
Originally I wanted the Spurs to win this one ...
Hornets have been playing a lot better as of late but still can't get over the hump and have lost 7 in a row. This will be a close game. Not an easy win here at all. They are playing better than there record indicates.
According to resident Bee fans (I'm looking at you BRHornet, son), Okafor has been sucking up a storm this season.
So I expect him to have his best game of the season today...
Okafor just dropped a 16/17 game.
Hornets by 7. Spurs just suck on the road. And lets hope that Blair plays a lot 1 on 1 against Okafor, I think he can totally destroy him.

As long as he doesn't try to dribble through Okafor's legs, we should be fine.
Sons, Spurs should win this one.
LoL, I remember that : (.
He can do this...
Nice vid Texas, that is one thing that always confused me about Blair.
He has some underrated hops, but he always takes it up so soft around the rim. Would love to see him try to finish more often with authority, though when you're always going up against taller defenders, just getting your shot off is enough trouble let alone a dunk![]()
Probably the by product of Blair being short. I'm sure it gets in his head at times.
Spurs should win this one but we don't know which Spurs team will show up tonight. The last few games we've been getting a tired team with our 3 point shooters missing wide open shots.
We all know Dejuan is an energy guy, and I got no problem with him playing around 15-20 minutes, but of the bench and playing smart basketball. His 1 on 1 game is just bad cause of his height and his floater is pathetic. I know we got a lot of problems with our bigs, but someone already made a thread how to manage minutes and start Tiago and Tim. It just sucks that Pop probably thinks we'll get far in the playoffs wit Blair and Bonner. One or both of those just needs to go already and the FO better get help for Tim cause if I was him I'd be pissed.
Win or lose, this game only matters if Pop has decided to play Duncan and Splitter together for significant minutes.
Otherwise, it just another viewing of Lawnmower Man 2.
I say keep Blair as a starter where his energy is at it's best, and if/when he starts to make mistakes (so basically about 4-5 minutes into the game) take him out and put in Splitter. Although important, Blair's shortcomings are way over-hyped. When feeling it he's a beast on offense, and decent on D. It's been seen that when he comes off the bench Blair is not as effective, so if we can get a Blair that'll bang and not make a bunch of mistakes half the time just by starting him, I say don't change it. Bonner also has his good games every now and again, but if either are to go I'd prefer it to be Bonner seeing as Blair is cheap.
IMO Blair doesn't have underrated or great hops. Like Leonard, he just has long arms.
Got a bad feeling bout every game the rest of the way, due too this team's play level lately.
They have a lot of active players and are scrappy. As long as the Spurs play disciplined and don't turn it over, they should be fine.
Anyway Kaman gets traded to the Spurs at half time?

Tony Parker will play with sore back he tweaked vs. Houston. Has played at least 34 minutes in 7 of last 8 games.
well crap, back injuries are always tricky...
