With the game on the line vs Indiana, Kerby Bryant was asked to do something he is rarely asked to do. Play defense. It was just Kerby between 5'11" 160 lb Darren Collison and the rim. Lakers led 94-93. Collison got the ball from the center in a give n go and was about 15 feet from the rim with nothing but Kerby in between. Collison took it to the rack and did the go ahead lay up. Kerby looked like a fish out of water.

So anywho, on to something Kerby is familiar with. Chucking up game ending bricks. Sure enough, the announcers said to look for Kerby to bring the Lakers back. While his teamate stood to inbounds the ball, Kerby ran all the way from one side of the court to the other. With the top of his jersey in his mouth.

He got the ball and the three point attempt. It bricked.
