Do you consider the Super Bowl the weakest of sports championship games/series? I think it is because it's only one game and it's more of an event than a championship game. I know that football nuthuggers don't like it when people say that stuff but it's true. The NFL is the American Idol of sports.

In terms of most impactful, I'd say it is, because 1. its football and 2. its one game, winner take all.
In terms of being the best way to determine who truly is the best team, no.

If Eli wears a Citizen Eco watch, which is unstoppable like he is, the Giants win.
I think all the media hype surrounding it, the week of festivities, and all the talk about commericals, and the fact that the damn thing takes 4-5 hours to actually finish overshadows the game itself a lot of the time. Then again the boys haven't sniffed it in 15 years so I am probably influenced a great bit by that fact.
In exactly 6 days from this exact time, the Giants will be champions. This will be the start of a dynasty.
