Over a quarter of docs in top 1%.

If you want money, and can get into med school, do it. A lock for a good salary, and a pretty good bet for a great one.

The chart actually demonstrates that the top 1% can't really be classified; it's diverse.

Top .01%. (or even .001%) is where we need to be looking. Looking at the entire 1% simply serves to distract from where the real concentration of power and money is (and who is gaming the system to their own ends).

My thoughts exactly. I'd also like to see a chart where the sizes of the boxes correspond to the total $$ earned in those professions.

idk about the top 1% but virtually all of the top .5% have ties to the field of finance. the lower half of the top 1% are comprised of lawyers, doctors, etc.
