I think its definitely understandable why Harbaugh would want it reviewed, because Evans had two feet down after he caught the ball. It definitely wouldn't have been overturned, as he didn't really possess the ball long enough (or make an athletic move to prove his posession of the ball), but if I were the Ravens head coach, I would definitely want it reviewed, in defense of my team, and to basically get myself a free timeout.
