Does anybody know the best way to deal with pinkeye? I got it sometime this weekend. My right eye seriously won't open all the way.

Depends if its caused by a virus or bacteria. Usually viral conjunctivitis resolves on its own, but it sounds like you may have bacterial. Is there alot of crust/drainage? Is there redness around the eye like in the eyelids? You may need a topical antibiotic.
