I will for sure be picking this up. It'll have all the bug/quest fixes along with every DLC. I only played about 20 hours into the game when it first game out and was ruined with glitches so I quit. So I have been waiting for this release for a while.

Anyone else picking it up or a FO fan? This series and the Elder Scrolls series are by far my favorites.

I can't remember much of anything from my first play a year and a half ago. I just remember wanting to find NCR veteran armor and that elite sniper rifle. I also heard there are variants of the veteran armor in a couple DLC's, anyone know if that's true and how to acquire them?

What's your favorite armor and weapon?

I'm playing the Capitol Wasteland on and off when I get the time. Awesome game and I am a picky old, old school RPG player.

I would like to pick up Vegas, but these games are just so time consuming.

The Capitol Wasteland was epic. One of the best gaming experiences of my life. Coming out of the vault was perfect because you could see the landscape and just how exactly it would look 200 years after the bombs dropped. Just had that WOW factor.

Tbh fallout is good an all but the setting got real boring after while. The gloomy barren brown wasteland just loses its appeal. I know that's how it's meant to be but it could never keep my attention
Yeah I agree it's not real appealing but that is as you said was the point. It's gritty and desolate.

Preferred 3, but I will probably pick it up in a couple months. I only bought that Utah DLC for 360.

I'm a huge fallout fan but coming from fallout 1 and 2 days makes me cringe whenever I see fallout 3 and new vegas. Still great games though and I love em. I may pick this up later down the road but we'll see.

I played New Vegas through twice... didn't get the DLCs but I kinda had enough of it for a while. I'll probably wait and pick it up when it's on a bargain sale so I can play it one more time with all the DLCs a couple years down the road.

I'm basically ready for whatever is next in the series.

That's usually what happens when you spend hours amongst hours on a single game that translate into a couple weeks at least.
