I don't agree with the "minutes between posting" myself, personally. I agree it would wreck your trolling. However, there has been precedent for banning people that troll incessantly. If you used it where needed, rather than shotgun blasting, this wouldn't even be an issue.

That's the irony of the whole situation. I never ditched the Lakers as a fan, I just knew they weren't good enough last year--so rather than become emotional about it like some people, I stayed cool-minded with it.
Fast-forward to this year. Luva actually said he was done with the Lakers, that he quit--double standard anyone?
Up until April of last year he was a top troll and a funny dude who basically was BMOC here. Since then he's destroyed his reputation (with the help of others), all because he chose to be dishonest, cowardly, and give into peer pressure.

Why should I defend Culby when he's throwing me under a bus? Frankly, a good percentage of the board was finding it severely limited their ability to participate, and there has already been precedent for pinking/banning those who spam. The only thing I didn't agree with was the time limit.
Then why did she approve the bill?
