Pop wants to give a chance for Timmy to stat pad.
Still hate that Tiago is the garbage minutes guy. Matt played well, but why isn't Tiago the first big off the bench or the starter?
Pop wants to give a chance for Timmy to stat pad.
Parker with 5pts, 12 dimes, 5 rebs, and 2stls so far....
Toughness and heart. I'd like to think last night's game had something to do with tonight's.
wow the memphis announcers went from solid in the 1st to total insufferable houses in the 4th
I'd take that line from Parker until the end of the season and take my chances.
Get the starters out of there..
Actually it looks to me like Pop is sending a message to RJ, Duncan, and Parker playing their sorry asses in a blowout loss, while he rolled with the Bench in crunch time against a similar division foe last night.
Bonner is 15/27 from 3 the last 4 games
Parker and Duncan need practice time together.
Doesnt help that Hollins is leaving his starters in there.
why is timmy playing with a 16 pt lead ?
looks like the grizzlies are making a run.. better put the bench back in.
Because he's the second best center.
im still crofling at the memphis color analyst.
Really? I don't think the Spurs can survive many TP 22% shooting nights.
woww....Not trying to be funny or superlative here
But this is the first time watching the Spurs play Memphis that Mike Conley has looked tired and frustrated. That dude is always a smooth operator against us.
We did not play Memphis half this good once last regular season.
The starters playing probably having something to do with NBA teams not being able to practice this season more than anything.
I assume Tim plays next game vs HOU and sits vs N.O on the b2b?
Who's that southern voiced homer on the memphis broadcast? The dude is a moron.. lol he just discredited everything the Spurs did and blamed the loss solely on the Grizzlies.. -_- expected from a homer, but really?
Prob DT. HOU much more important than NO.
In fairness, the stat line I quoted didn't have shooting percentage, but yes I agree.
Conley shot poorly, but he got anywhere he wanted. He looks too comfortable with Tony in front of him.
The Spurs are making the Grizzlies look like they were in this game the whole time.....
Pop is going to look like the biggest dumbass in the universe if Duncan or Parker get hurt here
