    saha was a good player, too much injuries the last 2 years (and he's old now). But if you haven't followed him with ManU, Fulham, Newcastle before, you don't really know him.

    I'm not a Spurs fan. I just think its funny they wanted Saha. Everton was probably LOLing all the way to the bank.

    I really can't get behind any team in the EPL. I tried to be a Man City fan but you just can't start to care. I really am more of a fan of various individual players in that league. the US players obviously but I also like watching Bale, Van Persie, Rooney, etc etc etc.

    I did order a Donovan Everton jersey last night though.

    Arsenal is settling for mediocrity, judging by the last couple of games. Sad to see ...

    And if you listened to/read what Gazidis had to say the other day, this won't change any time soon. The board seems to be happy with the self-sustaining policy and the youth movement. What Gazidis failed to adress is that this won't be enough to challenge for the EPL le the next couple of years, and missing out on the CL might become a common thing as well. Sooner or later, a lot of fans will turn away. And the young players that actually come through and become really good will leave the club because they realize they can't win les with Arsenal. Reminds me of the NIN album "The Downward Spiral" ...
