There are just some players too stupid to make it in the NBA. Antoine Walker was one. Great physical talents, but he was kryptonite to a really good Mavs team when he went there in 04. Francis was another. Thankfully he never had a team to sabotage like Walker did.

And I disagree about the Walker sentiment. I think he had so much fun playing NBA ball. He DIDN'T have the physical tools... He was as fit as he had EVER been when playing for the Mavs... But he isn't the type of player that should ever be relied on as anything but a 6th man...
