Lakers aren't that far off IMO, they only need 1 key addition and a change of style..

McRoberts and Murphy are fine as backup bigs..

Blake is a good spot-up shooter, Barnes is a good backup SF..

If they can acquire a decent PG(like a Sessions type) or a decent SF that can shoot, they'll be fine, on paper, IMO..

Gasol needs to play tougher and more selfish, and Kobe needs to stop wasting so many possessions, too..they also need Goudelock to receive more minutes..

They also desperately need a closer, but that's a luxury that many teams lack..
