Quote from LB Deoundrei Davis of Cypress Woods:
“I like Texas,” he said. “I was raised a Texas kid and it’s been my favorite team since I was a little kid. I want to go check it out for myself.”
Very little talk of Whitmill (if at all). Texas has a couple of different guys ahead of him including D. Davis, Wade, Mitc and Hollins, Jr.

I watched St Thomas Aquinas last year when they played on ESPN. They had a bunch of guys that looked like they would be playing D1 and Bosa was all over the field. That's great news.
Supposedly RSJ might delay his announcement. I can't read the Hornsnation article
Have yall seen Reuben Foster's film? Unbelievable.
Davonte Neal fiasco ends with a commitment to Notre Dame.

smart money is on 'bama landing top 2 players in country (foster and robert nkemdiche) and closing out #1 class again.
you guys better keep stockpiling those offensive recruits b/c you will need them playing against these guys every year. 'bama is a freight train right now.
I saw this guys film and wanted to go to the ACC instead. Absolutely ridiculous.
DE DJ Ward of Lawton, OK will not be making the trip to Austin this weekend. No word if he'll try to come down during the spring.
The former four-star walk-on that Inside Texas was referencing is TE Max Stevenson of Klein Oak who originally committed to OU in 2011. It's not a done deal at all but the Stevensons are interested in working something out. Both his father and sister are Texas Exes.

Some of the theme here seems to confirm the 'all is not well at OU' rumblings coming out of Norman.
Does he have to sit out a year and all that?
My guess is no if he's a preferred walk-on instead of a scholarship player.
24/7 reporting the staff has informed QB JT Barrett that UT will be going with only one QB in 2013 for the time being. He will not be attending JD2 this weekend.
Been hearing that for some time now....has there been an article written about it yet? I thought The Asset was going to write about it, but maybe I'm wrong.
Wonder where Barrett will end up now. I assume A&M will make a serious run at Kenny Hill and if then if that doesn't work out just roll with Stewart.
24/7 thinks it will be Baylor eventually.
Both OrangeBloods and 24/7 have sent staff members to Sealy for the 1 p.m. announcement. Seems it's still on.
The "secret email" I read from IT this morning isn't so secret after all -- now posted at:
