I agree with DPG though.. its a little ridiculous how Pop coddles Tim and Tony. I think it has a little to do with showing people around the league he has that kind of power in the organisation.

So did we learn anything from this game? Did we unveil any untapped potential?

I see Kawhi has 21 points on 9-11 shooting. Does he actually have some offense that doesn't involve cutting to the basket off the ball or offensive put-backs?
    ?

He's been shooting for the most part, dribble in fade-aways, 2 early 3's and just out muscling when he has to.

A few things have been cemented tonight. We need TJ back, Anderson needs to go, and RJ is a complete piece of .

    Takeaways from this game -

    * Kawhi Leonard needs some plays designed for him. Good kid.

    * Richard Jefferson sucks as small ball PF as much as wing SF as much as anything else.

    * Eric Dawson gets first rights to junk minutes in the next 4 games before Splitter returns.

    * Hopefully the Spurs can persuade David Kahn to take Joseph and Anderson and sell us Anthony Randolph.

Cue multi-troll post soon by multi-mav.

Hah... bring on their dumb troll asses. I think it's hilarious. Anybody who takes this seriously enough to troll is pretty much admitting to needing a life.

I'd rather see Duncan and Parker rested, but to each their own.
Tim has the whole weekend off. How much rest does he need. Is Pop going to sit Tim in the playoffs if there is a back to back game?

This display tonight shows why he should coddle them. 11 in a row with them, and look at this performance with them sitting. Too valuable to not rest them every once and a while in this condensed season.

I understand why the fans at the game stay to watch the whole game, but I have no idea why I have yet to change the channel.

Things to take away from this game:
    1. Kawhi should be a serious candidate for Rookie of the Year. I know Kyrie Irving is going to get it, but Leonard is really something.
    2. RJ is completly useless. He can't even be a leader for the bench. If he isn't amnestied this Summer RC and Pop should be killed.
    3. Blair is a liability in the starting lineup, but can be a positive piece for the bench.
    4. Dawson should continue to be given a chance. He's got potential (at least it seems so).
    5. I know Pop wanted to give TP and TD rest, but this is ridiculous. If the bench loses confidence from this loss it's on him.
    6. lol Anderson. Get your ass back on the end of the bench and stay there.

    Feel free to add on.

No joke, a friend of mine was hanging out with Neal and he was drinking on an off day and my friend asked him: "don't you have practice, what if pop smells alcohol?" Gary said "pop drinks more than anyone on the team. He probably goes through 3 bottles of wine himself". he might up that number.

Tough catch by Kawhi down low

He's like the polar opposite of an Elson, or a Nazr, or a Butler when it comes to hands

Leonard needs to be starting over RJ from here on out. Leonard played like the game was close all night and played hard while RJ got his usual 4-5 PPG average and did nothing.
