    It's about protecting the lead as well. Spurs tend to start hot, reserves come in, lead gets chipped away, blah, blah, blah.

    Rest is certainly helping, though.

    Green has been doing that most of the season. He gets himself good looks, but he's bounced a lot of them off the rim. Funny how you make the shot and they also give you the whistle.
