Everything is bigger in the Lone Star State. Even the cast of “Top Chef: Texas” (9 p.m., Bravo). For the first time, 29 kitchen professionals will compete for the le of Top Chef in locations including Austin, San Antonio and Dallas. The list gets cut to 16 hopefuls rather quickly, so pay close attention!

I happend to see the end of one of these the other night and it was pretty entertaining. He was trying to save an old burger joint that had been handed down over the years. But the current family that was running it was a bunch of nuts. They fired their chef at the end and it's going to be continuted next time.
Chef Z escaped elimination last night on Next Iron Chef last night. He's my favorite to win but the ladies are looking strong.
Chef Z once again avoided elimination last night and Chef Anne Burrell was sent home. Ironically it was Anne who nominated Chef Z into the elimination round and came back to bite he in the ass. Now it is down to the final four.
Chefs Zakarian and Falkner will face off in one final test: an epic battle in Kitchen Stadium.
i can't stand that fat heather. i really hope she's the next to ing go.

Kudos to Chef Zakarian on being the Next Iron Chef. He was my pick from the start.
Top Chef Texas - Glad Beverly won. Chris AND Sarah need to go though. Sad to see Ty get booted.

indeed. though i was not a fan of lindsey and she never impressed me, I sincerely was hoping it would be anyone other than sarah. hoping paul pulls it out.
which next iron chef you talkin about? the japanese show or teh western version??
my friend had many opportunities to work with the iron chefs from the japanese show not on the show, but at top class hotels and restaurants...now his stationed somewhere in the countryside on a winery....dude hates it cause theres nothing else out there to do, no social scene.
It is the finale for Top Chef Texas tonight. I hope Paul takes it.
