I just think it's funny how America is such an overly sensitive country and how judgmental we are to each other. When like this happens, people are lining up to throw stones at the person that said the so-called bad word.
The democrats didn't make up Joe the Plumber, The Maverickdid & the GOP has clearly made this contraception issue a self-inflicted wound this will defiantly cost them big the longer this goes on.

Rush backs down, the Benjamins win...

If you ever needed proof that Rush is nothing but a blowhard for sale to the highest bidder, without a shred of conviction, this is it. If he had the courage of his convictions, he'd stand by them and ride out the hit of a few advertisers bolting his fest.By Saturday, six advertisers had pulled sponsorship of Limbaugh's show and Republicans distanced themselves from the comments.
Sandra may not be a , but she projects as one.
What the does that even mean? Without women willing to use birth control, you'd be using your right hand more than the current 90% of the time.
She's a ing law student that will be about 500% more rich and successful than your coon ass. " " that, swamp rat.
I'm confused, are you talking about throwing stones at Sandra or Rush?
"overly sensitive"
calling a girl you don't know a and pros ute for 3 days on nationally syndicated radio without any "overly sensitive" reactions is where inflammatory-for-money hate radio and TV i are taking the country, lowering the bar towards non-stop incivility.
She's an idiot for thinking someone else should pay for her contraception.
You're an idiot for thinking someone else should pay for your medical care.
George Will Blasts GOP Candidates’ Meek Response To Rush: ‘They Want To Bomb Iran, But They’re Afraid Of Limbaugh’
Will mocked Speaker John Boehner for calling Rush’s language “inappropriate ” as comically weak, noting “using a salad fork for your entree, that’s inappropriate.”

Other Reasons to Take the Pill
http://www.webmd.com/sex/birth-contr...-take-the-pill
And since women (esp poor women, and with no medical insurance or pregnancy leave) often get fired or (professional) women get their careers sidetracked/stalled for getting pregnant, avoiding unwanted pregnancy is a fundamental economic reason.
It's good the moron and the coward are together.
You are such a fool.
I don't often say that (to my knowledge I have never said it to anyone else here), but this time the lack of knowledge and the level of misinformation on this issue is astounding!
For example, endometriosis is a very very common problem for young women in America. It can be controlled very often by birth control pills. If it is not controlled, it can result in infertility, or extreme pain and debilitating periods that limit a woman's productivity. If not addressed, the only solution eventually ends up being surgery.
Surgery is a of lot more expensive than birth control pills.
Pregnancy and birth are a whole lot more expensive than birth control pills.
There are tons of reasons for birth control pills to be covered by insurance, and contraception is as good a reason as many others. It is not, however, the only one.
Insurance companies cover the cost of Viagra. Why the shouldn't they pay for the cost of birth control pills?
Significantly for Rush, it was only the loss of 5 advertisers and the very real threat of the weight of Georgetown Law crashing down on his fat head that finally got him to offer a fake apology. "I sincerely apologize" after three days of slandering a young woman. What an ass.
Personally, I hope Georgetown Law does take him on. I don't know if the apology is enough to prevent the slander finding, but I know that a few of the folks at Georgetown were drawing up the papers to begin the assault. I don't know if this will stop them or not, because I don't know the law. But man, it sure would be nice if he got smashed.
You start off with an insult. Then build the credibility of your insult by stating you don't use that particular insult. Just because I don't agree with your level of government intervention doesn't make me a fool or ignorant of the subject at hand.
1. The subject at hand, 30 year old Sandra Fluke researched the Georgetown healthcare before enrolling, specifically looking for free contraception. Not paying a percentage of it but free. She enrolled with the intent of changing the policy. She has a degree in feminist gender & sexuality studies. She enrolled in a private Jesuit college, knowing before hand that they were against birth control as a contraception.
Endometriosis is not as common as you say. I think as a private citizen then medicine used to alleviate and fix a health problem should have coverage. However that is a strawman. We are talking about a liberal feminist who has spent her last ten years in college, who joined georgetown to specifically change their religious beliefs. She has been in college for ten years and with a handful of degrees, still wants someone else to pay for her pill which lets her have sex and not get pregnant. I guess if that is foolish to you, then I am fine with you thinking I am foolish.
ZOMG, she was in college!
She has degrees!
That !
