Thing is both teams play great defense and Kobe and Lebron still balled. I was pleasantly and genuinely. Surprised ...

Let me get my Hollinger stats on:

LeHype: 25 shots for his 25 points (3 FTAs)
    D-Whistle: 17 shots for his 16 points (2 FTAs - he ain't without those)
    Kobe: 14/23 for 34 points
Bynum: 16/14/4 (good two way game tbh)
Team Rebounds: LAL 44, Hype 35
    Blocks: LAL 10, Hype 5
Team FTAs: LAL 21, Hype 15
    FG%: Hype 37.5%, LAL 49.3% (size matters)
Bench scoring: Hype 20, LAL 12
Straw that broke the camel's back: MWP with 17 points, 7 rebs, 3 asts, 4 stls and a block

I'll take the W. Witnesses to the Laker W:

LkrFan, Killakobe81+, Muser, resistanze, Shadowflames, marmotte, redzero, DAF86, venky, pass1st, Baron Davιs, Banzai, TDomination, FlAVaK, Leftyventricle, Acehole+, mystargtr34, BanditHiro, MavDynasty, WeNeedLength, Jodelo, siraulo23, SpursRulez4eVeR, Fpoonsie, endrity, InRareForm, Nick, the Nazi, baseline bum, ChrisRichards, Kuestmaster, mother, TinTin

I did not see the game..but I do enjoy when you complain.
Its a good regular season game win for the Lakers, they need it. The Heat owns the Eastern Conference division and I'd imagine the Lakers are fighting to finish that 3rd seed because they wouldnt want to face the Clippers in the first round.

This win is not an indication on how good the Lakers are.

Bosh is out, which leaves Joel Anthony, Eddy Curry and Juwan Howard to handle our only interior scoring, not good.

Wade fouled out, thanks to some blatant rigging by NBA refs. I think this is Stern's gift to Kobe after the All Star Game incident.

Artest had a great game. I mean seriously, when was the last time this guy had a decent game?

Huge FT disparity in favor of the Lakers.

I'll give Bynum his props, he was a difference maker today for the Lakers and Kobe shot exceptionally well, something that never happens against Lebron and or the Heat.

Overall, this was a game the Lakers simply wanted while the injury plagued Miami Heat coasted in this game.

This game illustrates that you guys actually have a big 3 (most people say it's just Wade and Bron). Bosh being out hurt you guys, but hey, it's a W and I'll take it.

Be that as it may be, it would be fun watching watching these two battel for supremacy in LA. My money is on the Clippers. Chris Paul almost defeated the Lakers playing with scrubs. Hard to imagine he can't beat an older Lakers team with some serious help this time.

Thats just a rumor. Big 2 actually, and one of em was out of the lineup today.

If you wanna collect paychecks for doing nothing but letting s go balls deep in that ass, it can be arranged. Hit me up in PM. I could use a dune coon in my stable.

I have always said using the refs as an excuse is and always will be a sorry ass move.

And seeing who all the guys who are posting as such just validates it.

Kobe... So right on with his "rivals" comments. 85 degrees, sunny and gorgeous, Laker victory over the Heat and the San Antonio Heat and Laker hating crews whining and making excuses like the es thay are.

    How sweet is is....

You were great tonight. Great defense, shooting and decision-making all game long.
