Can we trade you?
people do not know the roations
spurs better off trading manu
That bird can't hold his liquor for .
Blame Pop. He'll keep everyone guessing what Manu's role is going to be for another 5-10 games yet, minimum. Then as soon as the team looks like its finally piecing together some cohesion again, he'll decide its time for Manu to start. Pop has impeccable timing that way.
You s are so re ed. Allways ting all over Pop like he hasn't gotten your god forsaken town 4 rings. Who would you rather have for a coach? Del Negro? D'antony? McMillan? Spoelstra? Who? You shut the up and be happy Pop ever set foot in your ing village.
Pop screwed up the momentum with that throw away game, his sucky rotations and stubbornness.
Nope. As the minor league expert says, we're all just imagining that. The winning streak never ended. It's up to 18 games now.
Good , bum. Great line from a great show.
Is ducks crazy?! Spurs lost to a good team (even though it was at home) while their best player (this year) was out. Mo Williams shot like he was young Ray Allen or vintage Reggie Miller.
Only concern for Spurs is the defense, or lack there of. Clips are not le favorites because of this win, and the Spurs are not done because of the loss. ALL of the contenders: Thunder, clips, Heat, Bulls Mavs etc have been losing games they shouldn't since the ASB. Lakers have lost 2 of them, but I dont think we are legit contenders anyway. Memphis is probably p;laying the best right now, but I dont see them making the finals regardless.
A Laker fan with a dose of reality.
Killakobe81 is one of the better Lakers' fans.![]()
Rather crudely put, but actually displaying some veracity.
Pop messed up a regular season winning streak...
Jesus...
How about we just get into the playoffs healthy.
Ducks bringing the rain
Have you been forced to with your mum when you were a kid?
Agree with this sentiment but it will be the other way around. When Danny Green is a letdown and it finally sinks in that Neal is too short then he'll revert Manu back to starting five. Really hammer home his players confidence and pray for a miricle from Manu.
I am a little confused as to why were the Spurs able to win so many games without their 'best player' and are now struggling with their 'best player' back
it's probably bonner's fault somehow
coasting, tbh...
Just to help your confusion . Bonner missing those wide open threes in the 4th , not counting the ones he passed up or took off the dribble, probably had to do with Tony not being there.
from just reading Spurstalk, one would inevitably come to the conclusion that Bonner is about a 24% 3 point shooter and has missed more wide open threes than anyone in NBA history.
Nah, you just would conclude he's a below average player getting too many minutes on a team that pretends to fight for a le...
his career on court/off court stats would beg to differ. most 'above average' players don't help their teams as much.
agree wholeheartedly about the 'pretends to fight for le' though. the one time the Spurs FO ever actually tried, we got Jefferson, although I still applaud the effort...
a good FO would have traded Manu years ago
Was that a 40% 3-point shooter missing wide open threes and passing them up last night? Were the clippers allowing him to shoot in the end? It sure did look like that to me. Having Manu out there creating open looks instead of Tony could of messed with his hand-eye coordination.
He wasn't alone in the pussy stakes. RJ didn't even want to shoot.
His individual stats (widely used around the league to gauge production for every player) reflect he's a mediocre player who actually gets worse when the playoffs roll around. Above average players don't normally their pants on the limelight.
Outside 2009, Manu was never the problem in this team. He always elevated his game for the playoffs.
These are things we know.
