That's a known fact that it happened, as well as in Iowa. Rachel Maddow reported on it, specifically. Now your fraudulent President specifically names the state of Maine, when he says "EVERYONE knows what happened in Maine", and he goes on to say he doesn't blame them. Isn't there a process to recount votes if necessary? If there is such a process, why didn't Paul invoke it?
