If Bogut gets and stays healthy (highly unlikely) Golden State has a chance to make the playoffs.

Bogut and Steph Curry on the same team..

They're going to set a record for injuries of moderate severity..

Jennings/Ellis backcourt? I bet Skiles, the man who holds the assists record, is pretty happy about that.

CROFL wasn't Jackson the one that requested a trade from Golden State?

Now they sent him back there again.

Wow just wow. Montae has his faults ... but At least he plays. As Harlem pointed out ... they will rarely be healthy at the same time. Well now the ball is back in the Magic's court. Ellis is unavailable. And who is playing two gaurd for the Warriors? Klay thompson?

This pretty much cinches the Howard deal, unless Orlando thinks getting nothing is better than an injured Brooke (a decent possibility tbh).

I'll take the side of Mark Jackson....who accomplished more in his playing career than Ellis ever will. Obviously he saw how garbage of a Point Guard Monta is & he already has a SG on the roster

Ellis isn't a big loss IMO, I just find it comical that they traded for Steph Curry's big man-equivalent..

I don't know how Milwaukee is going to share the ball, we'll see..

But that is my point, Eliis is healthy enough to PLAY.

I loved Curry coming out of college but I dont trust those paper mache ankles. Bogut has never been the same after the elbow injury. But I think if he can be 75% of what he was then I think they won the trade ...

Udoh is a scott skiles gritty defender. But a frontcourt of SJAX, Lee and Bogut is plenty tough and the 8th seed is not impossible IF Bogut can suit up and play.

    Gutsy trade considering Curry's health.

Not sure what they want with Jackson considering they have Wright, McGuire, Rush, and Thompson.

Bogut is a legit center but his health is a major gamble.

Warriors aren't going anywhere with arguably their 2 long-term investments playing the same position. How long have they been shopping Ellis & this is the best they could do

If both are healthy... GS runs away in this deal. If I'm a 1st year coach, I take that gamble

I agree that Golden State wins the deal, if Bogut is healthy, but I don't buy it..

I don't think they lost the deal, either way, I'm just saying..finding a suitor for Monta Ellis will always be difficult..he's not good enough to be a #2 on a le team, but his game wouldn't translate as a 3rd option, either..

Bogut won't be back til mid April. GS has no chance at the playoffs.

Hmm not bad, the warriors manage to trade Brown and Udoh. A joke of an offseason signing and a joke of a draft pick.

This trade depends on health going forward on the GS side IMO and Jackson is a good defender + down the road Bogut gives some size and perhaps new start to a dissapointing career - does anyone see a chance for GS to make the playoffs?
