Spurs and ST are both rejuvenated.
That's brand new day after Era.
Here in Poland temperature rised up so fast. Yesterday +4C, and today sunny +15C. We're still in middle eastern winter.
Life tastes great.
Damn, I'm so happy to get rid of RJ and get one of my favor e Spurs. I know he will be a great addition on the defensive end. I can't wait to see what rotation Pop will put out.
I'm gonna be at the Mavs vs Spurs game Saturday and I'm ing excited!!!
Not playing till next Wednesday.
O well, at least I get to see my Spurs play Saturday.

I just think everyone remembers him for how he played here and not how he has played as of late. I would love to be wrong and he comes in kicken ass and doesn't give a about taken names later, but we shall see.
So... Next Wednesday SJax will play his first game and Bowen's jersey is retired, right?
Definitely, it's gonna be crazy!
Sure we do... you are an integral part of the SpursTalk experience.
I think some of you forget that there's not really a difference. He turned the ball over and took bad shots when he was with the Spurs too. We're just counting on him NOT to be the head-case or the primadona like he was with so many other teams.
Just need obiwanginobili and this thread is complete
I'm waiting for GiG.
Are you in OK tonight?
Appreciated but I don't think I'm integral.
Went round and round with Aaron from 48 MOH on twitter saying the same thing.
Just couldn't articulate it that well.
Yeah, the problem isn't thinking too highly of what Jack is now, it's thinking too highly of what he was when he was with the Spurs. He's become a far better player since then. The danger before was that he was an immature headcase, at least now he's mature, though he could still be a headcase. The danger before was that he didn't realize how good he had it with the Spurs. He should know that now. The danger before was that he would take a bad shot or try to do too much. Yep, that's still a concern, but that maturity thing might help.
If he wants to win, this is the place for him to contribute to that. Let's hope he makes the most of the opportunity.
If you take the guy by a twitter post, which IMO is like taking someone at a message board fight threat, "Back home where I belong" You'd like to think that he sees this as an opportunity.
I may be looking at it through rose colored glasses but I think, if hes playing like he can, Manu Parker Duncan Jax SPlitter are enough to cover up for Blair and Bonner.
Maybe not, but he gives them that assassin Horry type that they've been missing.
I'm definitely looking at it through rose colored glasses. Old-school, dunking-on-Deke, Malik Rose colored glasses. I freely admit that. That's sort of irrelevant. Jackson has been a good player who can score a lot of points THIS SEASON, and we saw it firsthand. This isn't pre- and post-injury Antonio McDyess we're talking about here; other than being a few years older he's physically the same player he was when he left, he's just a lot better.
Agreed. I think people overvalue numbers and way overrate his bad at ude with bad clubs. Which is exactly what I said to 48 MOH but they countered with if he was so great a person and player he would've over came that adversity. The only counter to it is, he's just not wired that way. he needs structure, he needs guidance. To pen a Ron Washington phrase, thats just how Stephen Jackson go.
Agreed. 2003 SJax was an extremely fun player to root for but it wasn't because he was a great player. If you factor in the highs and lows, 2003 SJax was an overall neutral force. But you could count on him to keep playing at his normal level no matter the situation. When it comes to winning pressure-packed games, that's an invaluable trait. All it takes is an ounce of fear to derail an otherwise great team.
