    Pretty sure the extra offense alone would propel us into tier 1 championship contender status if we just hit our free throws. 26th (out of 30) in the league isn't going to cut it.

    It really shouldn't be allowed. Your not supposed to make a call unless you see who knocks it out. He made a call that means he saw it. Otherwise he wouldn't have made the call and it would be up to the other refs or a jump ball.
