I hate those texts where sum1 texts you, you respond and they call you literally 10 secs later...as if the first text was just a "lemme see if this dudes here, if he responds he has no excuse to not pick up cause I know he has his phone on"

Because it's super ing easy to lie. People don't have to even bother trying to fake flu symptoms to their boss when they're really hung over, guys can check in with their girlfriend without her having to hear the music some stripper is lapdancing to on him, girls can tell their man she's having a girl's night out at a bar without him hearing the guy she's with tell her to come back to bed.
Number one reason texting is popular is because "everyone" does it! People, especially kids, think it looks cool. It's funny, some people act like texting makes them special or in some secret CIA mission! What idiots!
I know a girl who heard a woman's voice on her mans cell phone "damn you are huge" ....."uhhhh, damn baby". Dude gets home and he said it was his buddy screwing another woman, that he accidentally left his phone in his buddies car. LMAO!!!!!! WTF? Seriously????

I tell people to text me information because it guarantees I get the info. If you call there's a chance I won't hear the phone ring, but when I pick up my phone, I'll notice that I have a text.
Other than that, I actually don't like texting all the much. I'd rather talk to someone than text.
