Flynn has more potential imo...Garrard was decent before injury (and sitting out) last year...he, along with Campbell, were 2 black qbs that took care of the ball, but are more game managers like alex smith was this year. Who knows what he'll be coming off back surgery, but a one-year deal is not risky anyways.

I just find it funny that Miami keeps striking out in FA, to the point where they have to sign guys off the street

Matt Moore was already better than nothing! So is he even an upgrade over him? I doubt it at this rate.
