Had dinner at Chester's last night, hadn't been there in a long time because the last couple of times there had been a noticeable drop off. But it was really good last night. The burger was huge (I'm eating the leftover half as I type this) and hot, and just tasted fresh and yummy like they used to. I have lamented the disappearance of their poppy seed bun for years, and while no burger could ever be as tasty as back then, the one I had last night was pretty darn close
Couldn't believe The Cove got bumped so early...guess people just haven't been there...they do a damn good burger and sweet potato fries.

I used to go with my parents to a place called "Mr. Jim's" or maybe "Jim's". But I think it was a burger joint. I don't remember how the food was but it was my favorite place to go because they had a big circular booth and I thought that was pretty cool.
After Googling, I'm pretty sure it was Jim's.
I'm going to try to hit all the local burger joints. Yeah, I got the beetus but a small portion to taste is my motto.
I agree with the Timbos mention. This bracket doesn't do them justice. Chris Madrids is overrated as . Bigz is good as well.

Ive been all over when it comes to burgers, and I still perfer Chris Madrids. The flavor and cheese is just pureawsomeness.
