Unfortunately it's not about the chips anymore
It's about warning others about spending money on an app that has a major flaw. Since bigfish is now supporting this app you do share some of the responseability to your valued costumers and it's a shame a large game site like self aware and bigfish continue to pass the buck.
Unfortunately for you iTunes and self aware I am not going anywhere anywhere until justice has been served.

So you didn't get your chips back.
Nor will he.
I already told the game developers where to stick those chips it's beyond chips it's Fraud and misrepresentation by Self Aware and anyone who supports or sponsors the App.
I will not give up this fight until I receive a public apology or a cash refund or double my chips.
I will set up a tent in front of the corporate office If small claims court refuses to allow my case to be heard in a court room.
I will notify the media and Chris Duel will do ent my journey to Silicon valley.

I bet the game developers will ultimately give into your demands because you're so ing consistent.

The developers from Bigfish games have taken an interest in my situation since they recently acquired the Card Ace Casino app the last thing they want is bad press or an app that may cuase further litigation.
